Bazdarevic eyes young defender Dario Dumic

Dario Dumic, a 22 year old centre back for Brondby in Denmark, has been playing fantastic lately in a stopper duo with Daniel Agger, and is now on the radar for new Bosnian manager Mehmed Bazdarevic.

Bazdarevic, who, unlike his predecessor, is now looking to re-youthanize the national team, is reportedly interested in the young Dumic, who was born in Sarajevo before moving Denmark at a young age.

Dumic, who has made it no secret of his desire to play for the national team, has represented Denmark in nearly all of its' youth teams, with his last appearance being in 2012.

Mehmed Bazdarevic now plans to travel to Denmark and personally scout the potential Bosnian national team player in person. With many retirements and injuries plaguing Bosnia's defense in recent months, this can only benefit our national team at the end of the day.

Dumic, who was also under contract with English side Norwich City for the 2009-10 season, has started 13 games so far this season for Brondby, who sit firmly in 4th place in the Danish Superliga.
