Kolasinac confirms Manchester United interest

Bosnia-Herzegovina international and Schalke left back Sead Kolasinac confirmed today that a move to Manchester United is still in the cards.

Kolasinac, who was linked with a move to the Premier League side earlier this summer, revealed in a conversation with Bosnian website Dnevni Avaz that a deal was still very much possible.

"Two months ago, United put in an official bid on me to Schalke management, and that option is still open," said Sead.

"United scouts were also present at the friendly we had against Tottenham in London not too long ago. But believe me, I only knew about that after the game was finished," said the Bosnian international.

"The club is world class. Of course, it would be fantastic to play at Old Trafford. Anything's possible in football. There's still time until the end of the transfer window, so we'll see."

Even though Sead is satisfied with life at Schalke, he claims he wants to seek new challenges.

"I'm not here to play my whole career at Schalke. A person goes to places that are better and can make him a better player," Sead finished.

Manchester United may still be looking to purchase new players due to a poor start to this season, not to mention last years' misery, and our Bosnian Hulk is a player they will consider.
