A few days ago, the English Championship side sent Avdija's current club, Hajduk Split, an offer of 500,000 Euros. Split, who are currently undergoing financial troubles, were quick to accept the offer.
The Bosnian wing-back has reportedly signed to a contract worth 760,000 Euros a year for 3 years.
Even though all three sides have agreed to a deal, there is still a bit of paperwork that needs to be done, which should most likely be finished by Friday morning.
